Dr. Traylor is an "out-of-network" provider and does not work directly with insurance companies. She provides statements which include the necessary information for insurance companies to determine reimbursement, dependent on clients' out-of-network benefits. Payment is requested at time of service, unless monthly billing has been discussed and arranged. South Florida DBT accepts payment by cash, check, or credit card.
